Meeting of the Regulations Screening Working Group No. 10/2021

On Saturday, May 22, 2021, the Agricultural Museum Office held a meeting of the regulations screening working group no. 10/2021. The meeting was held in Building 1, at the Agricultural Museum in Pathum Thani Province. The chairman presided over the meeting with the following agendas.

Agenda 1: The Chairman acknowledged the subjects to be discussed during the meeting.

Agenda 2: Minutes taken during the meeting of the Regulations Screening Working Group No. 10/2021.

Agenda 3: Issues to be considered.

3.1 Minutes of the Agricultural Museum Committee Meeting No. 4/2021, held on April 29, 2021, concerning draft regulations, rules, and announcements, which included three issues:

• Income management draft regulations from the Office of the Agricultural Committee.
• Create rules and procedures for the Committee of the Office of the Agricultural Museum's appointment, transfer, and promotion of officers.
• Draft announcement from the Agricultural Museum's Office (Public Organization) on the criteria and method for recruiting and appointing staff who will be paid more than the position's gross salary or educational background.

Agenda 4: Issues to be discussed.

4.1 Proposed regulations for the Committee of the Office of the Agricultural Museum on annual salary promotion criteria for staff.

4.2 Proposed rules for the Agricultural Committee's practice of writing off assets and debtors as losses in the accounts.

4.3 Draft Regulations of the Office of the Agricultural Committee on the criteria and conditions for paying officers special remuneration.
