The Agricultural Museum is particularly proud of its ongoing efforts to safeguard genetic diversity.

On April 2, 2021, Air Chief Marshal Sanor Panpigool, Director of the Royal Agricultural Museum Office, delivered a speech to HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great. The Director presided over the opening ceremony of the event, which was titled "Conservation of Thailand's Natural Resources." The event took place from April 2 to 4 at Pathum Thani Province's Agricultural Museum.

Air Chief Marshal Sanor Panpigool's speech focused on "conserving Thailand's natural resources in recognition of HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej and HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's contributions to recognizing the importance of protecting plant genetic species." The Director emphasized the critical nature of instilling in the younger generation an appreciation for the value of conserving our country's natural resources. “To love one's country means preserving its natural resources,” HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn stated.

Admission is free for all visitors! The Amazing Genetics Museum educates visitors about the diversity of plant genetic species and the value of conservation. Courses on self-sufficiency land management are available for free. Individuals interested in learning but unable to visit the Museum in person can register for an online Zoom meeting.

According to Ms Sampao Ngamchoie, Deputy Director, Office of the Agricultural Museum (Department of Development), during the coronavirus outbreak in 2019, health and safety practices were compiled in accordance with Ministry of Public Health regulations. Prior to admission, the Museum advised visitors to wear masks, apply alcohol gel, and maintain social distance to avoid health risks.
